Wild West Shoot Out in Downtown Raleigh Leads to Brain Injury & Broken Wrist

The bad guy ran through a stop sign and pushed our client off the road into a tree. She was knocked unconscious and when she woke up it was to a crime scene where people had fled scene and multiple cars were shot up.
